At Moto Hub Nation (www.motohubnation.com), we respect your privacy and provide transparent control over your personal data. In compliance with data protection laws and platform policies (including Meta Platform Terms, Google Play, and the Apple App Store), this page explains how you can request the full deletion of your user account and all associated data.
Method 1: Delete Data Via Facebook Account (Meta Platform Users)
If you signed into the Moto Hub Nation mobile application using Facebook Login, you can remove your activities and request data deletion directly through Facebook:
- Log in to your Facebook Account.
- Navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- In the left-hand menu, scroll down to the Permissions section and select Apps and Websites.
- Locate and select Moto Hub Nation from your active apps list.
- Click the Remove button.
- Check the option to remove all posts, videos, or events that Moto Hub Nation may have posted on your behalf, then confirm by clicking Remove.
- (Optional) In the "Removed Apps and Websites" tab, click on Moto Hub Nation and click Send Request to automatically submit a data deletion callback request to our servers.
Method 2: In-App Self-Service Deletion
If you have the Moto Hub Nation app installed on your iOS or Android device, you can delete your account directly inside the app:
- Open the Moto Hub Nation app.
- Tap your Profile icon in the navigation bar.
- Open Settings (Gear Icon) > Account Security.
- Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account & Data.
- Confirm your identity when prompted. Your account, garage records, and active sessions will be permanently queued for deletion immediately.
Method 3: Submit a Manual Request via Email
If you no longer have access to the app, did not use Facebook Login, or are unable to delete your account through the methods above, you can email our support team directly.

Please include:
- Your registered email address or phone number used during sign-up.
- Your Moto Hub Nation Rider Handle / Username (if applicable).
What Data Will Be Deleted?
Upon receiving your request, Moto Hub Nation will permanently purge or anonymize the following information:
- Authentication Records: Firebase Authentication user record, social SSO linkage (Apple, Google, Facebook), and phone credentials.
- Profile Information: Name, email address, avatar/profile image, rider clearance level, and club affiliations.
- Garage & Motorcycle Details: Saved motorcycles, specifications, modifications, and primary ride indicators.
- Hardware & Telemetry Data: Stored native Keystore/Keychain device footprints and active session identifiers.
- Community & Map Data: Personal rally point logs, check-ins, and patch wall progress.
Retention Exceptions & Timeline
Manual and callback data deletion requests are processed within 30 calendar days of verification. Certain transactional or security logs may be retained in anonymized format solely where required by legal, tax, or fraud prevention requirements under applicable jurisdiction.
